Everything was super easy. Picked up and dropped off rental at the body shop. Truck was cleaned right down to the wheels.

The wife & I are retired & on that fixed income & a dear lady ran a stop sign & hit our car (no injuries). A family member highly recommended M&S. I called & talked to Eric who was amazingly positive & helpful & later that day I talked to Roger who took some notes down to pass along. He was also positive & helpful. We decided to choose M & S. We started receiving e mails from Rachel that were informing us of updates & she even called us. Her enthusiasm & positive ways & knowledge impressed us so much. One day we even had an informative/helpful conversation w/ Brian on the phone who was again informative/helpful. These were all confirmations that we made the correct decision to go w/ M&S. The day came to pick up our car & meet these incredible folks. Rachel was just flat out WONDERFUL to us. She explained everything with such enthusiasm & knowledge. The car looked beautiful w/ the quality work that was performed. The wife saw a blemish that was not part of the accident damage & Rachel & Eric took the time & effort, going out of their way to accommodate this situation. WOW!!!! We felt like extended family. For an efficient bonus, we could drop off our rental car there! Thank YOU Rachel & the "A" Team at M&S for taking care of us & our car in such High & Remarkable Ways. The wife & I are so super satisfied.You took a trying situation for us & turned it in to a positive delightful experience.

After hitting a deer early one morning I called M&S and was so impressed with how fast, friendly and accommodating they were! They worked with both my insurance and rental car company to coordinate everything making a stressful situation so much easier! They have a customer for life!
